Use your full email address as the username.
Use your email password to login.

You will be able to change your email settings:
  1. Set mail forwarding options
  2. Set mail filtering options
  3. Train the spam filter to recognize spam and non-spam emails
  4. Set auto-responder options
  5. Change your email password
  6. And access your email using webmail interface
